Sprints are short, real-time projects, almost always built around a significant, immersive workshop or other co-creation activity – either on-site or virtual. They can accelerate any step in the brand development or innovation journey. Clients often request sprints when they need expert third-party facilitation skills or want a fresh perspective on ideation.

HOW WE WORK

Clients often have a burning need to fill a development gap, which makes sprints easy to define. And, we’ve learned that sprints are a good, practical way to get acquainted with new clients. They begin with understanding inputs and planning the centerpiece workshop activity. We facilitate the workshop(s) and handle all documentation. We augment outputs and provide an actionable read-out of implications.

It all starts with a discussion around what clients have done already, what success looks like and the unique personality of likely participants.
